20. When should I expect my card box to be completed?

21. Why do you create the card boxes according to event date and not order date?

22. If I receive the final card box picture and there is something I do not like on it, can it be changed?

1. What are your card boxes made of? We only use quality FABRICS when making each and every card box. We do not use paint as that can easily chip off and paper can easily tear. We use a variety of quality ribbons and embellishments to best suit each card box (i.e. silk flowers, crystal rhinestones, pearls, rhinestone buckles, feathers, etc). The entire card box is a solid quality piece that can store your keepsakes for decades.

2. Do we need to assemble the card box when we receive it? Absolutely not. The boxes you see in the picture are exactly how they are made, packed and shipped. When you get it, just take it out of the shipping box and it's ready to use.

3. Are my cards secure? I have heard so many stories about cards being stolen at weddings. ABSOLUTELY! We worry about the safety of your cards so that you don't have to. We strategically design each card box so that the cards cannot be accessed until after your event. Instructions will be included in your shipment.

4. We are expecting 250 people to attend our wedding, what size card box should I order? Our card boxes are all made so that the cards fall to the bottom box. The bottom box alone will hold 150-200 cards (approx 300-400 people). Choosing to have the card slot location on the front of the second box will allow for more room.

5. I am planning my sister's baby shower and would love to order a card box for her. Do you do other boxes or just for weddings? We create card boxes for ALL events. We have received orders for Sweet 15/16, birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, anniversaries, bridal shows and fundraisers. Any event that you need it for, we can do!

6. Do I have to pick a specific picture from your gallery to choose for the design of my card box? No. All the pictures shown are of past orders and to showcase our work. If you really like a design we can certainly duplicate it for you, but it's not mandatory. You may like multiple pictures, which is fine, your designer can use those boxes as inspiration when creating yours. If you want to be surprised and let your designer create a design for you, no problem. It's your card box, therefore your choice.

7. I want my card box to look like my cake. Can that be done? We do offer cake replicas. They start at $95 and are subject to approval prior to ordering. Please contact us for details.

8. How do I customize my card box? We have an interactive Order form that we created for our customers to fill out in regards to the design of your card box to make sure it best matches your event decor. We ask that you fill out this form as thoroughly as possible because our Design Staff will solely use your form to create your card box.

9. I want to make sure that the colors on my card box match those used for my event, how can I be sure the colors will all match? We strongly encourage swatches of any kind: actual dress swatch, ribbon, cardstock, linens, etc. If you happen to have or have access to a Pantone book, you could also email us the codes that best match your colors. If you are unable to provide any of those methods, then you can also email us any pictures that show your event color(s). However we only prefer this to be a last resort because due to different monitor color settings, the color we see on our end may not exactly match your actual color. If swatches or pictures can not be provided, we will use our Stock Color(s) for your card box and are not liable if the colors do not exactly match your color scheme.

10. There were a few pictures in your gallery that I loved, can my card box have a few of those same elements? Absolutely. On your Order form, in the Special Notes section, just include the name of the pictures that you like and your designer will be sure to take those styles into consideration when making your order.

11. I am having a beach themed wedding, how much extra would that cost for a card box? Card boxes are priced according to size, not decoration. So the standard prices would apply. The only instance where there are additional charges would be for Specialty Accents. These accents are bigger ticket items such as a sailboat, starfish cake topper, excessive rhinestone detail, brooches, large diamonds, things of that nature. If you included specific details on you form that were additional charges, you would be notified first with the details and then we would ask for you to confirm if you would like it included or not.

12. Will I receive a proof or mock-up of my card box before production? No, proofs are only created for Stationery elements. Again the assigned designer to your order will only use the details you have filled out in your New Client form which is why we express the importance of completing it to the best of your ability. The only picture you will receive is of your completed card box.

13. I ordered a card box a few months back and have changed my color scheme. Can I change the colors I put on my Order form? Of course. Any changes you make throughout your planning process, that you also want reflected in the design of your card box, must be emailed to us. Once you do so, these changes will be noted in your Customer File. That being said, if we are not notified of changes your card box will be created according to your New Client form. For example, if your form says "Black and White" and you change it to "Pink and Grey" but do not notify us of the change, your card box will be black and white. Having it changed would require an entirely new box being made at your expense.

14. My wedding is in 8 months, what is the latest date I should order to be able to have it in time? We suggest ordering your card box as soon as possible because we fill up extremely quick and our availability constantly changes. For example, February 2008 we were already booked up until events taking place in June or beyond. Ordering early guarantees your spot in the production line without missing the opportunity to order and either paying a rush fee or not having one of these boxes made for you.

15. Yesterday you were taking orders for events a month before mine. I went to order today and now the availability is for a month after my event. Why did the availability change so drastically? We get hundreds of orders every day for events of all dates. Once each month reaches our predetermined limit, the availability changes to the next open month. Again, due to the number of orders we receive every day, our availability can change in the blink of an eye. If you want a card box, we suggest ordering as soon as possible to guarantee your spot in production.

16. My wedding is in a month and I see that your availability is past my wedding date, can I still have a box made for me? Perhaps. Rush orders are available but limited and are an additional fee. Each month we allow a certain number of orders. If the rush order slots have not been filled yet, our standard rush fees would apply. However if that quota has already been reached, ordering a card box may endure a higher rush fee.

17. What are your Rush Fee prices? The standard rush fees vary according to card box size. A 1-Present is $15 and each size bracket increases by $15 (i.e. 8-10 Present is $90).  However depending on the schedule and time needed, you could be quoted higher.

18. I placed an order a couple months ago but need to cancel it, can I get a refund? Any standard card box order canceled within 60 days or less of the wedding is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No exceptions.  The cancellation fee of any rush order, at any time, is the total cost of the rush fee. All deposits on custom stationery are non-refundable.  All refunds are given in the same method that payment was originally made.

19. I had ordered a card box from you about 3 months ago, submitted by form, and have not heard from you since. Why? If you have submitted your Order form successfully, then there really isn't any reason for us to contact you until your card box is ready for production. At that time, if your designer has any questions about your form, we will contact you regarding that. Otherwise no need to worry, your order has been locked into the production schedule and it will be created when the time comes.

20. When should I expect my card box to be completed? Generally orders are completed approximately 2 weeks before each event date. When your order is about to begin, we will send you an email notifying you of production and your card box will be completed with 24 hours. When completed, it goes to the Studio to be photographed and then once the picture is available it will be emailed to you promptly prior to shipment.

21. Why do you create the card boxes according to event date and not order date? Over the years we have been in business, we have had an overwhelming request from our customers to hold off production on their box until closer to their event date. They wanted to make sure that if they made any changes to their decor over time, the card box details could be changed as well. Also since these boxes can be quite large, many did not have the room for storage. They also did not want to chance damaging it in any way. So as of January 2008, company policy on card box production is according to event date to best serve the needs of our customers.

22. If I receive the final card box picture and there is something I do not like on it, can it be changed? Depends. If you noted on your form to have something specific done on your box and you end up not liking it, if it can be removed without damaging the box we will do so for you. However if removing it will damage the box in any way and you absolutely want it removed, there will be a Rework Fee. The rework fee may vary depending on the severity of the change wanted. If the mistake was due to your designer, we would of course make it right with no additional fees. This is why we stress the utmost importance of the details in your Order form.

1. What goes on the sides of my canvas?

2. What frames do you use?

3. I'm concerned that when my photo is enlarged, the quality of the end product will not be very good. Is there a way to tell?

4. What size does my picture have to be?

1. What goes on the sides of my canvas? Unlike photographs, our canvases are three-dimensional. The sides of your canvas can either be an extension of your image or a solid color.

The image wrap option allows the edges of your image to continue onto the sides of your canvas. If your image is too tightly cropped, just let us know. We’ll use a combination of techniques to achieve a natural extension, at no charge.

You can also choose a solid color for the sides of your image. Black and white are always options. Or we can isolate a color that’s featured in your image.

2. What frames do you use? We use real artists' stretcher bars to make up every frame to order - the way it should be done!

3. I'm concerned that when my photo is enlarged, the quality of the end product will not be very good. Is there a way to tell? Once you place your order, a member of our staff will be emailing you requesting that you send us your high res image. If when we receive your image for print that we find that it is not the correct size we will notify you. We will never print a canvas unless the resolution and pixel dimensions of your photo are compatible, ensuring top quality canvases every time!

4. What size does my picture have to be? Your image should be at least 150 dpi at it's final print size but don't worry; as mentioned above, if you're not sure of your image size or what it will look like enlarged, we will never print a canvas unless your photo is the right size.
